We are pleased to announce the opening of ACE Daylight Studio & Lounge for the 2015 production season. The 7,500 square foot space is located within the new ACE Props warehouse location. In addition to the studio is 20,000 square feet of endless revolving inventory of props & sets with set construction readily available on hand.

At ground level: 2,500 square foot daylight studio / cyc wall / 22 foot ceilings / three phase hook up at 200 amps / make up stations and changing room.

On the 2nd floor: 5,000 square feet of lounge & bar lined with concrete walls / decadent warehouse windows & a curated assemblage of vintage & industrial furniture / art & decor.

On the south wing 2nd floor: From the production room there is access to a bi level roof top with nothing but blue skies.

Parking: 15,000 square foot gated parking also available for staging.

Depending on the size of your production, the studio rate ranges from $1,200 to $2,000 (10 hours) and includes the 2nd floor lounge.

For the last 20 years, ACE Props House + Studio has stood as an underground location offering nice venues and prop rentals for all your personal and artistic needs. As a professional place of work in the film and photo industries and the home-base of the largest prop shop inventory in the state of Florida, we have served as the Miami platform for numerous celebrities.

It is not uncommon at ACE to see Ralph Lauren's art department filling up trucks with antique furniture on the loading docks for an off location fashion shoot, while either Enrique Iglesias, Bad Bunny or Dwayne Wade wait inside in one of our studios, hours before their wedding rehearsals. This is the typical kind of action that goes on at ACE Props on a daily basis.

We have become a household institution that, until a few years ago, was not open to the public.

It was largely due to word of mouth - friends who knew friends that wanted to have get-togethers and parties - that we have been entertaining more than just production companies looking to produce a music video or photographers that need a day-light studio and or a photography cyclorama.

The recent turn to become a function hall and private event space for rent; hosting birthday parties, Bar Mitzvahs and one of the best business meeting locations in South Florida was purely by default. With our 30,000 square foot imprint and 30-foot ceilings, our truly decadent and artistically designed space looks more like a large living room than a warehouse. Very few wedding venues in Miami can offer the same features that we can.

It’s fun to watch guests arrive, checking their phones several times to make sure they’re in the right space, walking all the way up to the loading dock entrance until they discover what ACE Props House + Studios is all about. We’re truly the place where “Rust Meets Glam”! Our guests gaze at the rustic metal walls juxtaposed against crystal chandeliers.
